Nov 2, 2013 · It turns over but won't start and you could smell gas. Read somewhere that this could be caused by a bad coolant temp sensor. It thinks its colder outside than it is so it causes more fuel to be used during startup so overfuels the engine. So I changed the coolant temp sensor this morning and still won't start.
